If no additional design work is required, our salesperson can usually provide an initial quote the same day or within one to two business days, subject to material pricing and availability. Once materials are selected, a final contract will confirm the decking materials, total cost, and anticipated installation dates.

Deck Replacement Services & Options:
Our deck replacement process is straightforward: we remove existing decking and railings, repair or replace any missing or damaged house flashing, and install new maintenance-free decking, fascia boards, and railings. We upgrade existing framing with any code-required brackets or fasteners and install solar-powered stair lights to meet current code requirements

Things to Consider When selecting decking:
Profiles: Lower end decking will usually have a scalloped or cut-out profile, allowing for less decking material to be used in the manufacturing process.
Warranty: Lower end decking lines usually have 20-30 year warranties, while high end decking can have 30-50 year warranties.
Heat Resistance: Although color plays a big role in how hot your deck gets, all composite gets hotter then wood, but high end PVC decking, or decking made of stone allows for a much lower heat value.
Fastener Style: We utilize both hidden fasteners and through-fasteners. Many decking products have fasteners that come with plugs to create a seamless style!
Railing Considerations:
We offer railing made from a variety of materials including: composite based railings, aluminum railings, cable railings; all of which come with a variety of design options.
